We have a family note going home this week. We have fun new activities like an all school Spring music concert, a dance, and opportunities for families to be involved.

This short video is a great example of kindness:

This article mentions the high school level, but the subject is very applicable to elementary as well. How we respond to behavior concerns and frustrations is often different than how we respond to mistakes with academic learning. Yet, both actually have similarities. Students often need multiple opportunities to learn, review, and try again with both academics and behavior expectations. The video would be a great conversation starter with students, taking care of garbage in the lunchroom during breakfast and lunch.
