As part of our school improvement plan this year, every teacher is completing at least one peer observation every quarter. We don’t have individual classrooms learning in isolation. We have a collaborative group focused on common goals, and we have the same students and challenges. Everybody has a talent/strength to share. This is a great best practice, and this article describes the power of peer observations:
