August is quickly approaching, Title 1 Summer School has seen our largest group of students attending, and here are a few articles that are great to read prior to school starting.

We need students to develop the soft skill of synergy and working as a team with other people, especially with peers of diverse backgrounds. Finally, Here is a chart with a few ideas for sentence starters and questions that address reflective listening, disagreeing respectfully, asking clarifying questions, and for expressing ideas.  Speaking and listening skills are important for every grade level and every student. It doesn't matter what career a student will have.
